One piece down! These are the pants I've done for the Wardrobe Contest. I'm confident that I'll be able to get the other pair done fairly quickly since these come together pretty well. My goal is to sew for 3-4 hours max on Saturday and Sunday, and 2 hours max on weekdays.

I got these done in three weekdays, so it took about 5 hours.

Man, when I think of it like that it sounds dreadful.

Anyway, here's the front of the pants:

I like these pants a lot, though I may change the welts the next time around to just a normal pocket. I've sewn these front pockets closed enough times to know that it may be worth trying something else.


I gotta say I like my booty in these pants. Isn't that the real measurement of how well something fits? ;)
